A few weeks back, when things were all hot and sweaty here in the South, I could barely sleep at night in my 32 degree down sleeping bag. So I sent it home and spent a week sleeping with a Little Mermaid twin cotton sheet. Of course the weather changed and the sheet, despite the graphics, was not enough to keep me warm. So last week I picked up a fleece blanket. And the weather changed again. The blanket got me through the night, but it was drafty and slid off of me every time I rolled in my sleep. So yesterday I went out and bought myself a proper summer sleeping bag made by the great manufacturer Marmot. I hope this one works.
